Message frequency, timing, and charges

Message frequency varies based on your request and whether you respond. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. As a business policy, ET Health Advisors LLC does not intentionally initiate automated marketing calls or text messages before 8:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time zone.

How to opt out or ask for help

You may revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP to a text message to stop future marketing texts. Reply HELP for help. You may also call (772) 301-8765 or email eli.thermilushealthadvisor@gmail.com to request that calls, texts, or emails stop. A confirmation message may be sent after a text opt-out. Revocation does not affect communications that were lawfully sent before the request was processed.

Your telephone number

By submitting the form, you certify that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided and are authorized to provide consent for communications to that number. Please do not provide someone else’s telephone number without their authorization.

When information is collected

The website does not send or save partially completed form fields. Your information is transmitted only after you select the consent box and press Request my call. The submission records the date and time, consent-text version, and source page with the lead in Ringy to document your request.
